At Wyndham on the Creek, we proudly support our local community's workforce by offering select brand-new homes through our Attainable Housing Program, designed for individuals with area median income. Are you a Qualified Applicant?
- Using the Household Member's column in the chart, find the annual income that is closest to, but also larger than, your household's gross annual income.
- Once you have identified which tier you fall into, complete your application on the Floor Plans page.
Any applicant must meet our 2.5x monthly income requirement.
