Add up the gross annual income for everyone in your household and compare it with our current 80% AMGI and 140% AMGI income limits.

2. Apply & complete screening

Complete our standard online application and initial screening process.

3. Verify eligibility

Provide the income and other verification requested by the leasing team to confirm Essential Housing eligibility.

4. Compliance review

Once required information is complete, the file moves through the applicable Essential Housing/HFC compliance review and final approval process.
